Neil L. Henrichsen

Neil L. Henrichsen has been a voice for working people his entire professional career. Mr. Henrichsen is an experienced AV Rated civil trial lawyer representing exclusively employees in whistleblower, discrimination, sexual harassment, and other employment and labor claims. Mr. Henrichsen also works in the civil rights law field and has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Henrichsen has over 30 years of employment and labor law experience advocating for the rights of employees, including executives of all levels, sales executives, physicians, nurses and other health care workers, attorneys, accountants, and all trades and line workers.

Meredith L. Hough

Meredith L. Hough has extensive experience litigating in both federal and state courts. Before joining the firm, she served as a criminal prosecutor from 2014 to 2023, handling complex matters at every stage from investigation through trial. As a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Health Care Fraud Unit and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, Ms. Hough prosecuted large-scale and complex health care fraud and patient harm cases. She also served as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she prosecuted cases involving human trafficking, violent crimes, white collar frauds, narcotics, and sex offenses.

Pamela E. Marsh

Ms. Marsh is a civil litigation lawyer with a focus on representing employees in labor and employment law cases.  Before joining Henrichsen Law Group, Ms. Marsh was an assistant professor of Geology, taught Oceanography on an educational lobster boat in Buzzards Bay Massachusetts, and was a Geologist working on the Barrier Island Restoration portion of the Mississippi Coastal Improvements Program.

Chloe Cruz

Chloe Cruz is a legal assistant with Henrichsen Law Group, PLLC, with over five years of professional legal support experience. She attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a concentration in Literature, Media, and Culture. Prior to joining the firm, Chloe worked in both the public and private sectors of the legal field, where she developed skill sets applicable in her work today. Chloe takes a client-centered approach to her role as a Legal Assistant and is passionate about work involving civil rights advocacy.  Outside of the firm, Chloe serves as a Mentor with the Florida based nonprofit Take Stock in Children and enjoys volunteering in other various capacities in the local community.

Macy Snyder

Macy is a legal assistant at Henrichsen Law Group, PLLC, where she supports prospective client intakes, prepares and manages legal documents, organizes case materials, and assists with the firm’s day-to-day operations.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of North Florida and completed a semester-long exchange program at the University of Hertfordshire in England. Before joining Henrichsen Law Group, Macy gained experience in legal and community-based settings, where she developed skills in legal research, client support, and legislative advocacy. She has a particular interest in art law and intellectual property and is passionate about the intersection of law, advocacy, creativity, and the protection of individual rights.
